Web Landing One –
Re-Teck
Concept 1
Concept 2
Concept 3
My direct contributions to this design was art director, UX designer and visual designer. I used supplied illustrative art & fonts and maintained video branding.
PROBLEM
The agency client needed a new landing page design for Re-Teck, a sustainable recycling company. They needed concepts to reflect a new animated video the agency recently produced for client. I created three landing page concepts for B2B buyers to complete a simple fill-form CTA to release the gated video content.
PROCESS
This was an unstructured project which started by being given 2 sentences of copy to use for the landing page. All other copy would get filled in later after concept was approved.
I also received the video which would provide the creative direction, style and minimal vector graphics that I would use as reference.
No other directions was given any direction other than to come up with 3 concepts.
I compiled all of the artwork onto one Illustrator file so I could see all of the graphics at once. I then made a color palette to provide a base to use for my concepts.
I also created the concepts in one Illustrator file so I could see all them at once and make sure they felt different but all work with the variation of color while complementing with the video design.
DELIVERY
This project was the conversion for a Google Ad Campaign that funneled buyers to the video that conveyed Re-Tecks solution.
OUTCOME
My agency client was pleased because we were on tight timelines. They also appreciated that I could take the lead and move forward on a project with limited direction. It’s why they called me for this project.
RESPONSE
Re-Tech was pleased to have a comprehensive look that worked throughout this campaign – from landing page to the video. Social media snippets were also produced from the landing page I created.
BARRIERS
It’s the nature of this business to have tight timelines and receive limited direction. I’m used to this and have the experience to pull this sort of project off without being too stressed.
